Our shipping is free for the customer. We only ship within the UAE.
After an order has been placed, the product(s) will be delivered to the customer within 1 to 3 working days. As soon as the order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirming the order. The courier service agent will normally contact the customer to arrange a convenient delivery time.
The customer may request to return the product(s) within 7 days upon receiving the product(s).
1) A full refund, or an exchange for another product will be offered in case of damaged product(s). Artcore must be notified in case of a damaged product within 24hrs. Photos and/or videos might be requested as proof.

2) In the circumstance that the product received is not to the liking of the customer, the customer may request to exchange the product for another one. In that case an exchange will be offered for another product of the same price range.
The returned product(s) must be in the original condition with no damage caused by the customer, and in the original boxing for the refund/exchange to be issued.
If the client requests to return the product(s) due to damage or fault caused by Artcore, Artcore will arrange the delivery and bare the costs. Otherwise the return costs will be paied by the customer.
Refunds will be issued online back to the original payment method.
Customised artworks are exempt from being returned.
